These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DanceAI at https://aidancevideogenerator.com and related applications (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
DanceAI uses artificial intelligence to animate photos into short dance videos based on styles or prompts you select. Output quality depends on your photo, chosen style, and model behavior. We may change features, styles, pricing, or providers at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and able to comply with these Terms. You are responsible for your account and keeping access to your email secure. Sign-in uses email OTP; do not share codes with others.
3. Subscriptions, credits, and payments
Paid plans provide a number of video credits per billing period. Credits are consumed when you start a generation, as shown in the app. Prices and plan details are displayed at checkout and may change; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Payments are processed by third-party billing partners. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the billing portal or provider instructions. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law — contact support@aidancevideogenerator.com for billing disputes.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of photos you upload and videos we generate for you, subject to these Terms. You grant us a license to host, process, reproduce, and display your uploads and outputs solely to operate and improve the Service.
You agree that you will not upload or generate content that:
- Violates law or third-party rights (copyright, privacy, publicity, harassment)
- Depicts minors in inappropriate contexts or anyone without consent
- Contains malware, illegal activity, hate, or explicit non-consensual imagery
- Impersonates others or misleads viewers about identity or source
You are solely responsible for how you use and publish generated videos on social platforms.
5. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated videos are probabilistic and may include artifacts, unrealistic motion, or imperfect likeness. We strive to preserve facial identity from your photo but do not guarantee exact results. The Service is provided for creative and entertainment purposes unless otherwise stated.
6. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the Service (automated scraping, circumventing credit limits, reverse engineering, overloading systems, or reselling access without permission). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to others.
7. Intellectual property
DanceAI name, branding, website, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or code except limited use of the Service as intended.
8. Third-party services
The Service links to or integrates third parties (payment, AI, hosting, app stores). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those interactions.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data per our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Disputes should first be raised with support@aidancevideogenerator.com.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where allowed by law.
