DanceAI ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://aidancevideogenerator.com and related services that let users turn photos into AI-generated dance videos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use DanceAI.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in, we collect your email address and use one-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your identity. We do not use passwords for web sign-in.
Photos and generated content. You upload images to create videos. We store uploads and generated videos so you can download them, view history in your account, and complete the service.
Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider (Polar). We receive billing status, plan type, and credit balances — not your full card number.
Usage and technical data. We collect logs and device/browser data (IP address, user agent, timestamps, errors) to secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Communications. If you email support or receive transactional messages (sign-in codes, video ready, billing), we process that correspondence and delivery metadata.
2. How we use information
- Provide and operate DanceAI (authentication, generation, downloads, notifications)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions and video credits
- Send transactional emails (OTP, video ready, account and billing notices)
- Monitor performance, debug issues, and protect against fraud or misuse
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
3. AI processing and third-party services
To generate videos we send your image and style/prompt instructions to third-party AI and infrastructure providers (including video generation APIs and cloud hosting). Providers process data under their terms and our instructions only as needed to deliver the service. We use Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage), email delivery (Resend), and payment processing (Polar), among others.
4. How long we keep data
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Uploads and generated videos are kept so you can access your library; you may request deletion of your account and associated content. Logs may be retained for security and analytics for a limited period.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers that help us run DanceAI, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets (with notice where required).
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@aidancevideogenerator.com. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails if we send them; transactional messages (sign-in codes, video notifications) are required for the service.
7. Children
DanceAI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.
8. International users
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using DanceAI you understand your information may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards where applicable.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, secure storage). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use a strong email account and report suspected issues promptly.
